Questions If I am looking for a job

1. How can I register as Can Do Helper?

It’s very easy. Here is a quick video, which will show you how to get registered as Can Do Helper.

2. How will I know that there is a new job available for me?

We will send you an instant push message when there is a new job for you. Please make sure that:
(1) you have push notifications ON on your phone;
(2) you’ve selected correct county in your profile. We will notify you immediately if there is a new job in the county and in the job category, that you have chosen.

It’s good to know that you can edit your profile (add more counties or change your county, as well as change or add more job categories) at any point of time. To do so you need to go to your Profile and clickEdit. Once you’ve made changes don’t forget to hit Save.

3. What shall I do after I receive push message about a new job?

When you receive push message about a new job:
>> go to Can Do app, login (if logged out)
>> hit Can Do jobs for you and check the jobs available. Here is a quick video, which will show you how to check and apply for Can Do jobs.

6. When the fee is charged?

The fee is charged when you apply for Can Do job. The fee amount does not depend on the job price. It’s fixed and simple.

7. How can I pay the fee?

You can pay with you card. You will be asked to enter your card details when you apply for Can Do job. We use Stripe payment platform to make it safe and easy for you.

8. What shall I do after I’ve applied for a job?

Once you’ve applied for a job you will receive customer’s contact details. Simply click to Customer’s details in the job post, that you’ve just applied for. Now you can call/ text the customer and work out directly.

Customer will receive your contacts as well, so both of you can get in touch and work out the details.

1. How shall I place a job post?

Go to the job category you are interested in. Type detailed job description, add pictures (if needed), specify the county and hit Find CanDo helper. We will send an immediate push message to all Can Do helpers in that job category.

2. Is there any fee for placing a job post?

No. There is no fee for placing a job post.

3. How will I know when there is a Can Do Helper available for my job post?

We will send you an immediate push message when there is a helper available for you. Please make sure that you have push notifications ON on your phone.

4. What shall I do after I receive a message about new Can Do Helper found for my job post?

To check the feedback from Can Do Helpers:
>> go to Can Do app and login (if logged out)
>> click Your Can Do job posts
>> click Feedback. You can sort the list of Can Do Helpers by experience/ price quoted
>> Hit each quote to check the profile and contact details of each Can Do Helper.
